The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has started the second phase of payments under the 8171 system, bringing financial relief to thousands of eligible families across Pakistan. Under this phase, beneficiaries will receive the Rs. 13,500 quarterly installment through authorized payment channels.
The government has expanded the payment rollout district-by-district to ensure smooth distribution and avoid overcrowding at payment centers. Women registered in the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) can confirm their eligibility through the 8171 web portal or SMS service.
BISP 8171 Second Phase Districts List (2026 Update)
In Phase 2, payments are being released in several districts across different provinces. The list includes areas where verification and survey data have already been completed.
Major districts included in the second phase:
- Lahore
- Faisalabad
- Multan
- Bahawalpur
- Sargodha
- Hyderabad
- Sukkur
- Quetta
- Peshawar
- Swat
- Gilgit
- Muzaffarabad
More districts may be added as the dynamic survey verification process continues.
Rs. 13,500 BISP Payment Dates
The second phase payments are expected to be distributed during early 2026 after the completion of biometric verification and data updates.

- Payment amount: Rs. 13,500 per eligible family
- Distribution method: BISP Campsites, HBL Konnect agents, and partner banks
- Verification requirement: Biometric verification using CNIC
- Notification: SMS from 8171 once payment is ready

After confirmation, beneficiaries can receive the installment from:
- BISP Campsites in their district
- HBL Konnect agents
- Designated bank partners
- Official BISP payment centers

Important Update for Beneficiaries
Families who recently completed the Dynamic NSER Survey 2025–2026 may also become eligible in upcoming payment phases. Those who receive a “verification required” message should visit their nearest BISP Tehsil Office for assistance.
